Terms and Conditions:
General: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 11am. If possible we will be flexible with these times. It would be appreciated if you can give us your estimated arrival time a few days in advance. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted in consultation.
Reservation conditions: We try to confirm your reservation within 24 hours. Reservation will be confirmed after full payment has been received.
Cancellation conditions: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. In case of non-appearance (no show), 100% of the costs will be charged. Any debt collection costs will be charged to the debtor.
